WHAT IS THIXOTROPY?

Thixotropy is a reversible, time-dependent decrease in the apparent viscosity when a material is subjected to increased force, for example, brush stroke. When the force is eliminated or reduced, viscosity recovers, i.e. structure builds up again.

HOW THIXOTROPIC GEL WORKS?

When you start working with it, the product becomes more fluid ensuring good levelling, but as soon as left untouched, it becomes jelly, so it does not flow when you don't want it.

WHY MEDIUM CONSISTENCY?

Thixotropic gel holds it’s shape, is soft and requires minimum filing. Medium consistency of the product doesn’t let it run into cuticles and is perfect for fast and easy work.

The medium thick consistency of the Jelly Gel is perfect to use it with upper forms. It allows to form a thin and durable coating.
