KINETICS AND SCIENCE

We, Kinetics, are a cosmetics manufacturing company with a team of 114 employees. In our R&D laboratory, 17 passionate chemists work on innovative solutions. Our main focus is gel polishes - UV-curable coatings that we export to 42 countries worldwide. The days of R&D team are dedicated to innovation and development of new formulations to confidently compete with Europe's leading cosmetic laboratories in terms of expertise. It is important for us not only to gain knowledge but also to share it! The Kinetics Science Foundation was created with the purpose of supporting future chemists. We believe that by sharing our more than 10 years of experience, we can inspire young people to choose the exciting career field of chemistry. And who knows - someday, you might receive a warm invitation to join the Kinetics R&D team.
